Can't log in to Magic Caster Wand app
If you're having trouble logging in to the Harry Potter: Magic Caster Wand app, here are some things to try:
Reset your password
Try resetting your password. Here's how:
- In the Magic Caster Wand mobile app, choose the Profile icon (house crest, lower right).
- Choose Log In.
- Choose Forgot Password?
- Do one of the following:

Adult account (over 13 in the UK, over 16 in the US): Enter your account email address and choose Continue.
Not sure which email address you used? Search all of your email accounts for a Welcome email from Harry Potter: Magic Caster Wand (search for Magic Caster Wand). -
Child account (13 or younger in the UK, 16 or younger in the US): Enter your parent or guardian's email address and choose Continue.
Not sure which email address was used? Have your parent or guardian search all of their email accounts for a Parental Consent Status email from Harry Potter: Magic Caster Wand.

Adult account (over 13 in the UK, over 16 in the US): Enter your account email address and choose Continue.
- Check your inbox for a Reset Password email sent by Harry Potter: Magic Caster Wand. This email should arrive within a few minutes.
No reset password email?
Try checking your promotions and spam folders. If you still can't find the reset password email, maybe you registered with a different email address. Repeat these steps for each of your email addresses. - Open the reset password email and follow the link inside to finish updating your password.
- Enter a new password and then choose Continue.
- Now try logging in with your new password.
Check or update your email address
If you created an account in the mobile app but didn't receive a Welcome email, you may have entered your email address incorrectly.
If you can't log in on any device:
- In the Magic Caster Wand mobile app, choose the Profile icon (house crest, lower right).
- Choose Register.
- Try registering again with your email address.
- If you get an 'Email in use' error message, choose Forgot Password to reset your password.
If you can log in on one device but not another:
- Open the Magic Caster Wand mobile app on the device where you can log in.
- Choose the Profile icon (house crest, lower right).
- Choose the Settings icon (cog, upper right).
Here you can see the email address you entered.
Android: Clear cache and data
Try clearing the Magic Caster Wand app cache and storage. Here's how:
- Go to Settings on your Android phone or tablet.
- Tap Search and type Magic Caster.
- Choose Magic Caster from the search results.
- Tap Storage & cache or Storage.
- Tap Clear cache and Clear storage.
- Open the Magic Caster Wand app and try logging in again.
Delete and reinstall the Magic Caster Wand app
Delete the Magic Caster Wand app from your phone or tablet and install the Magic Caster Wand app again from the app store. Then, open the Magic Caster Wand app and try logging in again.
